CHEST: Measure under the arms around the fullest part of chest.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side).
HAND: Measure around your dominant hand with a tape measure at the widest point (typically just below the knuckles).
FOOTWEAR: Viktos footwear fits true to length, but features a high volume forefoot for foot splay under load. Sandals are available in whole sizes only. If in between sizes we recommend going up to the next whole size.

VIKTOS® Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Any Product claimed to be defective must be made available to VIKTOS for inspection. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from VIKTOS before shipping a Product directly (freight prepaid) to VIKTOS for inspection. If VIKTOS determines a Product to be defective, VIKTOS at its sole option shall repair or replace the defective Product or any defective component thereof. Abuse, modification or improper maintenance or operation of a Product and normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this Limited Warranty. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). This Limited Warranty is not transferable or assignable by the original purchaser of a Product. ANY DAMAGES FOR WHICH VIKTOS IS RESPONSIBLE WITH REGARD TO A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ARE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY VIKTOS FOR SAID DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VIKTOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM THE SALE, USE, PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE), NO MATTER HOW ANY SUCH DAMAGES MAY ARISE AND REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OF ANY SUCH CLAIM, EVEN IF VIKTOS HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
